Request a free valuation: Simply complete this online form including uploading photos of your bag. If you can also provide your original order number this will help to process your item quicker.
Accept your offer: You will receive an email offer from our Buying Team that you need to accept by clicking on ‘Accept this offer’.
We do the rest: Once your bag is reassessed, it will be cleaned, photographed and put live on our website. Then, when your bag sells and following a 10-day cooling off period for the new buyer, the money will be deposited directly into your bank account of your choice.
