Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY

All UK items are sent out to you via our trusted partner DX or DPD (coming soon**) the daily cut off point for all delivery services is 12 noon. All international orders are sent out via UPS.

*On the rare occasion that additional verification checks are needed for your order, kindly allow an extra 24 hours for dispatch based on your chosen lead time

DPD Pin Delivery - If you select this option, you will be provided a PIN Number ( provided by App, SMS & Email). This should not be shared with anyone, and you will be required to provide the driver the pin number on delivery. If this is not provided, or does not match the delivery, the driver WILL refuse delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to make this PIN available to the driver. Failure to do so will result in delays with your delivery and possible surcharges. CUSTOMS AND INTERNATIONAL RETURNS We understand that our fellow handbag enthusiasts live far and wide, for any orders being shipped outside the U.K, we want to make you aware that you will be responsible for any applicable custom charges as well as delivery.

RETURNS

Standard Returns Policy Online purchases:

For online purchases, please notify us within 7 days if you wish to return your order (Statutory Rights not affected)* You have 28 days to return the item back to our Head Office for full refund or exchange. All item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as sold to you and include all original labels and security tag.

You can return your item(s) to your local UPS Drop Off Point (Mainland UK only) for £4.95. If you are ready to make a return, complete our Online Return Form now.

Please allow 3-5 working days from receiving email confirmation that the return has been received for the return to be processed. *For the return to be accepted and processed, we must be notified not later than 14 days from delivery or the return will not be accepted.

In-store purchases: If purchased in store, you have 7 days to return the item(s) for a full refund or exchange. Any item returned after 7 days will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

Extended Christmas Returns Policy To help make your festive shopping stress-free, we are pleased to offer an extended Christmas Returns Policy. Orders placed from 20th November onwards are eligible for an extended return period, allowing you extra time and flexibility over the holiday season. Refunds: Customers are entitled to a full refund if we are notified within 7 days of receiving the item, and the item is returned to us within 28 days of delivery, in line with our standard returns policy- Terms of ServiceExchanges: For added convenience during the festive period, items can be returned for exchange only up until 12th January 2026*. This gives you extra time in case the item is a gift or if plans over the holidays cause delays. *Please note the last date an item can be shipped to us to guarantee we receive by the 12th January 2026 is the 9th January 2026, shipments made after this run the risk of not arriving before the cut off date and may be rejected for exchange. Please ensure all returned items are unused, in their original condition, return tag intact and accompanied by all original packaging and accessories. RETURN PACKAGING & TRACKING Please ensure your item is suitably secured for shipping by the return courier. Before shipping, kindly take a photograph of your box once it is packaged and the label is attached.

If you are using a drop-off location, please ensure you receive a receipt and record the tracking number, which can be found on your label. It is important to retain a valid receipt or digital receipt showing proof that your item was scanned at the drop-off location.

The item remains in one location while in transit for more than 24 hours The item is marked as delayed The item is not signed for by Best Quality Designer Bag Store within 72 hours
